The February Tiffin Club was a flurry of heart shaped food and red coloured food, from the most scrumptious heart shaped pot pies, to stuffed red peppers, to hummus decorated with red paprika, to red pepper dressed chicken salad, to succulent prawns in a thai sweet chilli dressing. Desserts were equally red and heart shaped, but to die for, with chocolate dipped strawberries leading the way! However, the crowning glory was the jug of red strawberry Daquiris that held centre stage for a brief spell, before it was emptied!!! The Tiffin Club ladies were a very happy bunch as they left that day!! Thank you to everyone who contributed so creatively, and a special thanks to the host - Gwen for opening up her home. I would also like to mention the Courtyard by Marriott for the incredible demonstrations every alternate month - they have been informative, entertaining, very, very well organised and delicious!!
