HALLOWEEN ACTIVITIES

ARTS AND CRAFTS
WHO: children aged 10 and under
WHERE: American School Canteen
WHAT: Making Halloween trick or treat bags and crafts
WHEN: Tuesday October 17th from 3.15 - 5.15
TICKETS: 100 rupees (to cover cost of art materials and refeshments)
Tickets available at the door or at the OWC meeting. (September)
Volunteers needed to help at the art/craft tables.

TRICK OR TREATING
WHO: Children aged 10 and under
WHERE: Doorways of Kotturpuram
WHAT: Gathering sweets in costume
WHEN: 19th October meet 4.30 (for 4.45 start) till 6.00
TICKETS: 100 rupees

Tickets will be available at the arts and craft event/ at the owc meeting (September) or the childrens committee.
Chlidren MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
Volunteers needed to help direct and hand out maps.

OWC BRUNCH WITH SANTA (FAMILY EVENT)
SATURDAY 10TH DECEMBER FROM 10-1PM AT THE TAJ COROMANDEL BALLROOM
BRUCH BUFFET,CRAFTS,CAROLS,SANTA,BAKE SALE AND TOY DONATION TREE.

Please note that all these events are great fun but they can only go ahead with volunteers. At the moment I can organise these by myself but I can not run them by myself. Please volunteer your services. it will be fun and not hard work.
